The studio is accessible by stairs. (second floor)
Umbra offers abundant natural light throughout the day. Large east-facing windows bring direct sunlight in the morning, followed by soft, even light through the afternoon. Blackout options are available when full light control is needed.
Power is available throughout the studio.
The space is not soundproof, but the building is generally quiet with minimal street noise and low daytime traffic.
